4. FINDING THE PERFECT HOME
You'll never miss another listing! After our meeting you'll receive new listings within your search criteria as they are loaded onto the MLS. You'll be able to organize them within your home buyers HUB, and let us know which ones are your favorites for an in person tour.
5. WRITING THE OFFER
Local experience plays an important role when you're writing on offer. We'll meet to discuss pricing and strategy prior to drafting the offer, to ensure we've put our best foot forward to get our offer accepted.
6. CLOSING AND MOVING DAY!
