Once your home is listed, you'll receive weekly market updates, to ensure we are continuously well positioned with price, along with any Buyers feedback that could assist with future showings.

Pricing your home is a science, and if you get it just right, you'll know it within a couple weeks! We'll cover pricing strategy, including similar homes that have recently sold.   Market effects are also extremely important for luxury homes and unique properties, as these homes have a unique Buyer profile.
